Ash was extremely helpful during the booking process ! My friend needed to cancel his tee time after the cancellation period due to an unexpected illness and I was worried it was too late to get a refund. Ash went above and beyond and was able to contact the golf courses and cancel his spot at the last minute. I had a wonderful time playing both golf courses (Puertos and Palmilla). Thanks again for excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days !!

While the golf courses were all good, my brother had a fall and was unable to play any of the three days he paid for but was only refunded for one round. On one of the days he wasn’t reimbursed I was told I had to share a cart. In my opinion they should have done more given the situation. Maybe a split would have been fair.

We understand your concern.When booking packages, the rule is that there are no cancelations or refunds after the first round, due to the discounted price.In this case Questro made an exception and made the adjustment to a 2 round pass.Unfortunately we weren't informed that your brother wouldn't be playing the second round until you checked in. This means he had to be considered a No Show and had to be charged for the round. Questro had no opportunity to sell that space as it was held for him. You were offered the opportunity to play that round within the 2 week constraint of the pass rules, however you were unable to do so.Hopefully your brother is doing well and hope to see you again soon.
Just returned from long WE in Los Cabos. Ash and the team were fantastic from first contact advising on different courses to play and were able to re-arrange tee times dynamically. Super smooth process and excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.
