As Summer looms in Los Cabos and temperatures start to rise, we start looking for other new and fun activities to help keep us cool during this Summer in Cabo. Over the years, the best place has always bee the local resort pool, or a quick dip in the ocean to beat the heat, however this year we’ve seen some new activities to help keep you cool.
Over the winter season, we have seen a surge in water activities springing up in the area. New businesses setting up shop, plus some of our favourites adding new activities to their portfolio.
Water Parks
Wild Canyon have added a water park at their location in Los Cabos! This water park is designed more for the kids, but offers the opportunity for anyone to cool after their other activities. This awesome new addition is sure to keep the kids entertained, with slides for kids of all ages. Bring the young ones along to hang in the park, while the older kids enjoy some of the other activities. With a total of 10 slides, this new addition is the perfect place to cool off.
Access to the Water Park at Wild Canyon is currently included with your park entry fee, which makes it an excellent deal. Don’t forget to bring dry clothes and a towel, as your round trip transport won’t let you back on if you’re dripping wet.
Aquaworld has opened up shop in Los Cabos, with a huge variety of inflatable activities for young and old. Located near Medano Beach, this Wet & Dry Theme park offers a host of activities to keep both young and old entertained. With approximately 30 activities including a huge assortment of adults and kids waterslides, this park is sure to keep you entertained.
Snorkeling Tours
The water Los Cabos throughout the Summer is typically warm and clear, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy our variety of Snorkeling and SCUBA Diving activities. Hit the water on one of amazing local tours, or head further afield on our Cabo Pulmo Snorkeling Tour or the Espiritu Santos Island Tour.
Surfing
Learn to Surf in Los Cabos during your next trip down. Surfing lessons run all year round, with winter offering Surf Lessons at Cerritos Beach, while Summer lets us surf near San Jose del Cabo. Let the expert Surf Instructors get you up on a board in no time.
