At Cabo Discount Tours, we understand that your travel plans may change along the way. We’re here to do our best to assist as these changes happen.

1/ Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated, cancellations can be requested up until 72 hours before your tour start time on public tours. A tour is considered cancelled when you have received your cancelation email from us.
No Cancellations or Refunds are given for same day reservations.
Within 72 hours of the tour start time, all reservations are non-refundable. Under some circumstances, we may be able to switch you to a different day or offer another tour, even within the 72 hours period. If you’re not going to be able to make it, call us to see what we can do.
Any date or time changes may result in a price change (especially in golf and seasonal activities).
If you do not show up for the tour, or do not arrive on time for your transportation, you are considered a NO SHOW.
No Refunds are given for No Shows.
If you miss your transportation or tour time, please contact us. If space is available, we can sometimes re-schedule your tour. For re-scheduling after missing a tour/activity, a USD 30pp re-schedule fee will be charged.
Private Tours & Groups
Certain Tours have stricter cancellation policies. See details below:
Small groups (10-16 Pax) need to be cancelled a minimum of 14 days before your tour time to avoid unnecessary fees. Changes made within 7 days of tour time are subject to change fees set by tour operator. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Private Charters, Large Groups (+17 Pax) and Tailor made Tours must be cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to your scheduled tour time to avoid unnecessary fees. Changes made withing 30 days of trip date are subject to change fees set by tour operator. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Villa Rentals must be cancelled a minimum 45 days before your check in date.
2/ Date & Time Changes
Changes to dates and times of your tours can be made based on availability up to 48 hours before your tour time. Remember that often space is limited, so if you need to make changes, please do so early as tour dates and or times may be sold out closer to the time. Most changes can be done free of charge, however sometimes private charters may have a fee for this change.
No refunds are issued for a no-show under any circumstances. If you do not turn up for (or are late for) your pre-arranged transportation, you will be considered a No Show and you will not receive a refund.

4/ Chargeback Policy

No Refunds are issued for NO SHOWs under any circumstances.
Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of cancellation however may take 7-10 days to appear in your account (this time depends on your bank). If your refund hasn’t appeared in your account within 14 days of receiving your cancelation email, please contact us.
Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, to cover fees we incur to process your cancellation.
Refunds for Private Yacht Rentals have the following scaled refund policies:
Refund Policy for Private Boat Charters:
- 20% Fee Charged on any cancellations made 61-90 days before your reservation date
- 50% Fee Charged on any cancellations made 31-60 days before your reservation date
- 100% Fee Charged on any cancellations made 0-30 days before your reservation date
